See you out there.

New to the club? Saturday's social trail run is a great starting point.

Which run should I join?

Start with Saturday if you're looking for a relaxed, no-drop group. Tuesday is typically a track workout. Sunday’s DIEHARDS run is for experienced trail runners and is not a no-drop run.

How do I find the meeting point?

Check the latest club updates on Instagram or Strava before leaving. Weekend trail locations vary, and Tuesday workouts occasionally move away from the high school track.

What does “no drop” mean?

At Saturday's run, the group stays together and nobody is intentionally left behind. Sunday's DIEHARDS run works differently: runners should be comfortable navigating and finishing independently.

What should I bring?

Bring water, shoes suited to the route, and clothing for the conditions. Review the route and weather beforehand, and bring a light for evening runs when needed.
